The following goals and planning initiatives have been developed to directly address the shortcomings identified by the Governmental Maturity Model. Central to this evolution is the establishment of a unified track across diverse communities, aligning their interests to foster a cohesive governance ecosystem.
To generate immediate momentum and ensure global scalability, we will leverage the following key institutional partnerships and platforms:
Council of Europe (World Forum for Democracy)
We will utilize our existing partnership with the Council of Europe to present these strategic goals at the upcoming World Forum for Democracy in Strasbourg. This platform provides a unique opportunity to showcase our framework to global policymakers and secure high-level endorsement for the digital governance model.
V-Dem Project Members
We will engage the V-Dem (Varieties of Democracy) Institute’s network of experts to integrate their multidimensional datasets as an evidence-based metric for progress. Through this collaboration, we aim to secure academic validation and co-develop a robust analytical model that tracks and implements governance improvements based on empirical data.
Innovation Board within the Bank
By aligning closely with the Bank's overarching strategy, we will leverage its institutional weight to maximize our impact. This strategic synergy serves as a catalyst to gain significant traction and authority within both academic and political arenas.
