Government Maturity Model (Proposal)

The Government Maturity Model  (.pdf document below) is designed to provide concrete action plans for enhancing democracy. The model itself is new and still very basic. It can be found in Chapter 3 - Components (page 4 to 8).

In Chapter 5 you can find AI Generated action Plans for the United States of America, and Europe. Using the maturity model you can obviously create action plans for any country or any governmental structure. 

AI content included as an example:

• Assess Democracy in the European sphere using the model in Chapter 3 (Chapter 5.1, p 9 - 15)
• Propose an action plan to the Council of Europe based on the former Assessment (Chapter 5.2, p15-18)
• Rank the actions in the former Action Plan in order of efficiency (Chapter 5.3, p18 – 22)

• Generate a maturity model for a Governmental Framework - instead of the one I created – (Chapter 5.4, p22 – 29)
• Assess Democracy in the United States based on the AI Generated Maturity Model (Chapter 5.5, p29 – 32)
• Propose actions to the Democratic party for enhancing democracy based on the assessment in the former chapter (Chapter 5.6, p32 – 35)
• Rank the actions in the former reply in order of efficiency (Chapter 5.7, p35 – 37)
